Fully refurbished to bring back that iconic 70’s look. Stripped back to bare walls and reimagined with a warm, homely feel.

Featuring a built-in bath, walk-in shower, sprayed vanity unit, and a cherry red ceiling to add depth and warmth.

Called in by a lovely client to create a safe barrier for their child ❤️
The balcony overhangs the hallway with a significant drop, which was a real worry — especially with their child being autistic.

We installed a sturdy Perspex barrier, fixed from the bannisters to the ceilings and finished in a neat anodised U-channel so it’s not only safe, but clean and tidy too.

Fear taken away, safety added, and parents completely at ease 🙌
Clients are over the moon, and I’m genuinely proud to have helped on this one.

🔨 Property upgrade | Esher, Surrey

We completed a full redecoration of the hallway, stairs & landing, working with paints to deliver a clean, high-end finish suitable for modern family living.

The project included bespoke beading, cut and installed to create the effect of panelling rising up the staircase, adding architectural interest and value. The staircase was refinished in black satin to sharpen contrast and modernise the space.

A geometric painted feature wall was added to the daughter’s bedroom, creating a contemporary focal point while maintaining cohesion with the rest of the property.

From tired to timeless – the ground floor glow-up! ✨

What started as a worn-out space that has been completely transformed.
We designed bespoke cupboards and panelling to draw the eye straight to that elegant fireplace – now the true heart of the room. 🔥

The floors were sanded and varnished to bring back their warmth and character, while new engineered wood on the staircase ties the whole space together beautifully.

In the dining room, we went for panelling with a cosy yet refined feel, adding depth and sophistication that instantly elevates the space.

Finally, we dressed it all with sleek, modern furniture and lush greenery – the perfect finishing touches to give it that show home luxury look 🌿🏡
