It was a pleasure to deliver our waterproofing solution for this exceptional new-build property in the beautiful village of Goring-on-Thames.

Our works focused on the swimming pool terrace area, constructed with a block-and-beam concrete deck. The original design proposed creating the falls using a screed system; however, due to restricted door threshold heights, we advised the application of the Polyroof Protec system directly onto the concrete substrate.

Polyroof’s Protec seamless waterproofing system is one of the few flat roofing solutions available with a 20-year insurance-backed warranty, including for zero-drainage roof areas.

The finished terrace will feature porcelain paving installed on a raised pedestal system, allowing rainwater to drain efficiently beneath the tiles and discharge through concealed wall outlets eliminating visible standing water and delivering a clean, contemporary finish to this impressive pool terrace project.

Pond renovation project - something a bit different…… 🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠

Following failure of the original liner, a full refurbishment was undertaken to restore the pond’s performance and longevity. The fish were carefully relocated to a temporary environment while new blockwork was constructed and the base professionally screeded.

Once fully cured, a spray primer and self-adhesive carrier layer were applied, followed by the Polyroof Protec system, finished in black Polyfinish to achieve a seamless, watertight result.

Upon completion, the pond was refilled and the fish were gradually reintroduced to their upgraded habitat.

This residential extension in Farnham, Surrey was designed to meet current building regulations with a high-performance warm roof system, complete with a manufacturer-backed insurance guarantee.

Finished in Chromite Grey, with standing seam effect trims across the pitched roof and skylight section, the result is a clean, contemporary design tailored to our client’s vision—exceeding expectations at every stage.

Our expertise extends beyond just roofing. In this project, we applied a Polyroof Protec system to a garden wall as part of a wider landscaping scheme in Old Windsor. This application provided a clean, contemporary finish, enhancing the overall aesthetic and significantly transforming the appearance of the garden.

Richmond College, Twickenham, Middlesex.

Our completed project at Richmond College involved the installation of a 270 square metre Polyroof Protec system, finished in light grey. The system was applied over a Polyroof SA carrier layer, with Polyroof Tissuetherm insulation boards and a Polyroof SA vapour control layer beneath.

The installation is supported by a 20-year insurance-backed warranty 🔥
