Week 10 Update

A full re-felt and batten of the roof is now complete, along with brand-new roof tiles, ridge tiles, fascia, soffits, and gutters.

How good does she look?

We’re now ready for the scaffolding to come down so we can continue with the internal refurbishment and have the new windows installed. The project is progressing brilliantly, and we’re currently ahead of schedule and under budget.

Perfect timing, with the next project due to start in just a couple of weeks. 🏠🔨👌✨

“This project in Holyport is progressing well and remains in line with the planned programme. Works have now reached joist height.

Preparations are in place for the next phase, with scaffolding ready to be raised to the required height. All works to date have been carried out to the expected standard, and progress on site continues without issue

Returned to where it all began in Wargrave.

We returned to this property to carry out a series of thoughtful improvements to the front of the home, enhancing both its functionality and overall appearance.

The project included:
• New Porch: A welcoming entrance was created, adding shelter and significantly improving kerb appeal.
• Driveway & Garage: A new driveway was installed for better access and parking, alongside a garage carefully designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing home.
• Patio & Outdoor Spaces: The patio was extended to create a larger, more practical outdoor area for entertaining and everyday use.
• Client-Led Design: Every aspect of this project was designed by the client. We worked closely to bring their vision to life, ensuring all elements were executed to the highest standard while maintaining practicality and durability.

Despite challenging weather, the team pushed forward to deliver consistent quality and progress throughout the project.

This refurbishment is a real transformation, showing how a clear vision combined with skilled ex*****on can dramatically enhance a home.

This Wargrave project is coming to an end.

A front and side extension has added valuable space to the property, alongside a full internal re-jig to improve layout and flow throughout the home.

The works also included the creation of a new double bedroom above the double garage conversion, maximising the footprint and significantly enhancing both functionality and value.

By opening it up with large glass sliding doors and steel framing, the whole space has been transformed. Now, daylight streams in from morning to evening, and the inside flows effortlessly into the outdoors. Russ did an excellent job on my garden conversion.
We had a terrible miss shaped garden and I wanted it all leveled and a place for a decking and a shed with all the fence panels removed with proper slat fencing.
It was all completed on time and the work is excellent.
I would and have recommended them to friends and family.
