Dark wood look tiles laid in herringbone design with charcoal grout. Original floor was a traditional plank timber floor laid in the 1800’s which was removed and replaced with 22mm modern floor boards and insulated with 100mm insulation. This provided a suitable flat and rigid surface to tile on .

As you can see the end result is stunning in this period property.
