Small space, big transformation. ✨

This downstairs cloakroom has been completely elevated with bespoke V-groove wall panelling, finished with a moulded dado rail and 18mm capping for a timeless, high-end look.

To make the most of every inch, we also created a hidden shelving cabinet on the existing pipe boxing, turning unused space into practical storage while keeping everything neat and clutter-free. It's the perfect example of how clever joinery can combine style and function, even in the smallest rooms.

A recently completed project we're proud of in Whaddon.

This bespoke build with was a stunning solid oak porch with a natural slate roof. Built using substantial 200 × 200mm chunky oak posts and finished with an eye-catching fanned gable design, it's a real statement entrance that will stand the test of time. We also made 2 bespoke solid oak benches to match the porch, perfectly in keeping with the design of the porch

Staircase Transformation ✨

Quite possibly the most newel posts we've ever seen on a single staircase! 😅

This renovation completely transformed the look of the staircase, creating the appearance of a fully solid oak installation while retaining the existing structure.

🔨 What we completed:
• Newel posts wrapped in premium oak veneered board with solid oak caps
• Grooved solid oak handrails and base rails designed to house 10mm toughened glass panels seamlessly – no brackets or visible fixings required
• Stringers fully clad in oak to create a consistent, high-end finish throughout
• Frameless glass infill panels allowing light to flow freely while maintaining a clean, contemporary look

The combination of warm oak and minimalist glass delivers a timeless design that feels both modern and elegant. The hidden glass fixing system keeps the lines clean and uninterrupted, letting the craftsmanship and materials do all the talking.

A challenging project with plenty of detailing, but the finished result speaks for itself.

🔨 Throwback to this staircase transformation in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire! 🔨

This renovation completely changed the feel of the landing and staircase area. We removed the dated handrail and spindle setup and installed beautiful solid oak handrails and newel posts, paired with painted white spindles for a timeless, modern finish.

The warmth of the oak against the crisp white spindles creates a much brighter, more premium look while adding character and value to the home. A simple change that makes a huge impact on the overall space.

This tired old pine staircase has been completely refreshed with:
✔ Solid oak newel posts
✔ Solid oak handrails
✔ Oak stop-chamfered spindles
✔ A timeless look designed to complement the wider renovation project

The staircase now ties in perfectly with the beautiful oak cottage-style doors being installed throughout the property, creating a warm and consistent character from top to bottom.
