Returning to phase 2 of the Williams build second fix of this beautiful bathroom, sensored perimeter lighting and fan, additional downlights, shaver point, mirror and the icing on the cake a japanese toilet which has warming seat, automatic lid open and close and timed flushing 😳 such a nice job to be a part of 💪

This install on an eicr uncovered more than it looking a little rough, swa feed to house board via switch fuse isolator. Lying underneath the cover was something a little more scary!! Mains isolated and a trip to the wholesalers and all restored and re tested. This is why eicrs are more important than just an annoyance 👌
