With a large rear footprint hosting dated decking and tired footpaths. The clients objective was to incorporate an extended and level patio with uniformed pathways and feature step. They chose a modern Raj Green sandstone paver with a neutral colour joint resin to finish and are delighted with the outcome they’ve achieved.

The clients landscape presented a unique and niche working space, hence the client was clear in what they wanted to achieve…. whilst adding a range of different materials and finishes in doing so. Steel plate retention systems, over sized paving and wood grain effect porcelain planks to name a few examples. The client was delighted as their expectations had been delivered.

The incumbent landscape was no longer offering the client optimal usage, therefore we implemented an extensive patio area at ground level, whilst aligning a small retention edge and additional drainage. The step was also plated and the edge finished with decorative gravel.

Following on from the client undertaking structural works to their property, we followed on by providing soft and hard landscaping services to accommodate additional new drainage, sub cores and paving, with new lawn turf and decorative gravel edges. We will revisit in the coming months to complete the side and front aspects. The client is delighted with the outcomes.

With an existing monoblock driveway of 115sqm that had decayed and sunk in several parts over time, and that needed further extended to suit the clients access needs, the clients objective was to re-establish a new subcore with suitable drainage channels, extend the footprint and apply a modern block finish. A project that needed great weather due to the significant ground works involved and thankfully we encountered great weather on this one.

This clients original landscape was not inkeeping with their expectations in that the original pavers were not securely bedded (dry) and the overall ground works had subsided amongst several others matters of their concern. Our objective was to retain (uplift/stack)the original pavers, introduce a sufficient sub core with drainage and re-bed the original pavers onto full mortar beds (with slurry). New wooden retentions were installed and a new base was introduced to host new artificial grass. Whilst the pavers were not new, a powerclean and finish with fastpoint has brought the overall landscape in line with their expectations finally and we were all delighted to help them get there.

The clients aim was to incorporate an outdoor space that maximised the scale of the plot and supported ease of use for all of the family throughout the seasons. The landscape is set within a large development encapsulating various contours with run offs and less than adequate drainage in some areas therefore significant groundworks for drainage and new sub-cores were undertaken to support the new layout. A Strata Cloud White paver was the paver selected.
