This project was a labour of love. Full scaffold and temporary roof allowed us to strip the roof back, replacing Fascias, soffits, and guttering. Minor repairs were required for the roof trusses, but given the building's age, we were pleasantly surprised. New loft insulation and re roofing with increased ventilation will keep the place warm and dry. Four chimneys were repointed and flaunching replaced. The final result is a silicon render in off white, with stone details built out in anthracite grey, creating a lovely contrast.
