Not every boiler installation is done correctly… and unfortunately this was one of them.

The previous boiler had been installed with serious concerns regarding the flue position and overall setup, as well as the boiler not working safely as it should which resulted in the appliance being labelled as unsafe to use 🚫

After carrying out a full assessment, we spoke honestly with the customer about the risks, the available options, and the best long-term solution for their home and safety.

✔ Unsafe appliance removed

✔ System cleaned and protected with a magnetic filter
✔ Pipework reconfigured neatly and correctly
✔ Safe flue solution installed
✔ Customer left with complete peace of mind
