What a weird week this has been! Started off with a new maintenance contract with one of the main colleges in Oxford. Finished soaking wet and a broken van...oh the Joy's, scaffolds up this week for remedial works, rendering, roof maintenance and Started 1 of 3 temporary roofs. Massive well done to all the klm team this week,navigating this weird weather to get all projects up and on time. Going to enjoy a little down time and Start another crazy week on Monday.

Massive congratulations to Sam for passing his part 1 scaffolding course. Sam's been with us now for nearly three years and in that time has achieved so much. From being full of p**s wind and protein shake asking for a job to passing his driving test, passing his cotts course and now fully on his way to becoming a qualified scaffolder. To say we at klm are so proud of what he's achieved would be an understatement. And to be doing it all properly....well done mate...It makes both Kelly and I feel proud that not only is klm growing but we are able to have all our employees experience growth aswell...
