After going for a walk on boxing day our customer returned home to find a big hole in the ceiling of one there bedrooms. A split tank in the loft left alot of mess.

It’s important to have your plumbing and heating appliances checked,maintained and serviced to help avoid issues like this one.

We’ve removed the tanks in the loft and upgraded the system to a Ideal Vouge Combination boiler which comes with a 12 year guarantee on parts and labour. Along with a new upgraded gas run and a new Halo smart thermostat which can be controlled via your smartphone. The old boiler was installed half way into the wall which made our job a bit more tricky on removal. We brought the wall back flush and mounted the new boiler correctly, easy for later maintenance! We even managed to sneak it back inside the original cupboard like we’d never been there!

Our customer now feels more reassured and relaxed that upon return home there won’t be any messy surprises waiting for them just instant hot water and a heated home which they controlled whilst on there family walk!

Finishing up a very busy week by starting the second fix on a ongoing project with multiple bathrooms. After the struggle of getting this up the stairs it seems only fair i get first dibs on the first dip,surely??
