Yeah what of it😏 got my first muscle up today!! Way harder than it looks ….. huge thank you to .gym and Simon for the coaching and support over the past year!, luv ya my brother. Also massive thanks for the cheer leading from the girls on the day . But most of all , a proper thank you to n**s for the never ending and continued support and encouragement over the years and the final on the day coaching that got me up and over❤️
