Andy and team are knowledgeable, professional and did a great job on our single storey extension and new kitchen. The things I appreciated most were: 1) a detailed quotation with no spend outside of that quote unless first agreed, 2) clear communication on timelines and phases of the work, 3) a fantastic team that was always happy to answer my (many) questions who were on site every day without fail to get the job done. You’ll be hands-on on site, supporting various trades and carrying out general building works including groundworks, bricklaying, carpentry & masonry.

Requirements:

✔ Full UK driving licence

Remember the old saying ‘you get what you pay for’…….
Now and again we’ll get hugely undercut on price and it makes us shudder. Not because we’re losing out, but because we know the clients likely will in the end.
We’ve had another scenario this week where we’ve been asked to go in and re-do work where another company’s price looked favourable against ours, but their work was nothing of the kind.
If it seems too good to be true, it likely is. Go by solid recommendation, not a cheap price.
