So I’m renovating an old cottage for a family member, stripped back walls back to stone to help sort the damp out , ceiling down and prepping the beams , opened up the fireplace and lintels in ready to make good , progress in action! 😊

Lawn scarification time . After the tough year last year with the summer drought and then the very wet autumn/ winter , lawns took a hard hit .

Just popped back to finish this job today with new turf . All the path and brick work complete. Old turf removed , new top soil levelled and turfed 😊

Next phase of path going in with drainage and brick edging, it’s been a battle with the constant rain 🌧️ but a good test for the new installed drain! 🤣

Nice little job in Ducklington
Edging put in to retain gravel , stepping stone path and ramp up for driveway. New gravel . Just need to point up when the rain stops ☔️☔️🌧️
