Another one completed by the Alex&Co Builders team! 🏗️

This loft conversion kitchenette was a great little project — sage green shaker units, solid oak worktop, built-in fridge and induction hob, white metro splashback tiles with dark grout, and bespoke storage cupboards built into the eaves to make the most of every inch of space.

The large-format porcelain floor tiles tie it all together nicely.

What started as a small repair turned into a full demolition and rebuild when we discovered the old porch had no footings at all 😬

To keep the home safe and compliant, we took everything down, installed proper foundations, rebuilt the structure, and fitted a brand-new roof — all within one week 💪

🏗️ Garden Gym Progress Update!
Footings are in ✅
External blockwork and internal timber structure complete ✅
Now waiting for the steel beam to go in above the bifold doors — then we’ll move on to the flat roof installation 💪

It’s taking shape beautifully — can’t wait to see this 6x4m garden gym finished and ready for workouts!
