Another old property we had the pleasure of Lime rendering.

This property had been suffering from damp issues due to being wrongly sand and cement rendered.

So by removing it and replacing with a Fibre Chalk render from Anglia Lime it’ll allow the property to breath and dry out as the seasons change.

A very stylish full kitchen remodel with underfloor heating, quartz worktops and all integrated appliances, kickboard lighting as well as shelf lighting in the new pantry we created by knocking through to the old cloak room.

By removing the back of the house and installing aluminium bi-folds it gives a great open plan feel in readiness for the summer.

A full rewire, fuse board change and new electrical work was also completed by Chappell Electrical

We recently completed a flat renovation in Brightlingsea. Bathroom and kitchen refurb along with new flooring throughout. It also included removing all of the old storage heaters along with the hot water immersion tank and replacing with energy efficient electric radiators and an under counter water heater to allow more room in the kitchen.

Some before and afters of a renovation job we completed just before Christmas. A new central heating system, completely re-plastered and decorated through out alongside a new kitchen, bathroom and oak doors.

Pulling off the old render and laths and replacing with new oak laths and fibre chalk lime render. The customer wasnt quite ready for a full scale re-render as it will impact on the internal walls.
