General Terms & Conditions
Please ensure you read and accept these terms and conditions carefully before using the Service operated by Artificial Grass and Landscaping Solutions. Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any parts of the Te

rms then you may not access the Service. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, if you breach the terms.

1. All quotes are carried out free of charge and without obligation. If accepted, the customer is obliged to pay 50% of the agreed fee in advance of works commencing and the balance upon completion and sign off of the works in full.
2. Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
3. In accepting the quote, the customer is fully accepting of the terms and conditions laid out.
4. All designs produced by us for you will remain our intellectual property and may not be used in any other form without prior written consent.
5. All works are carried out, subject to fair weather and, if necessary, work will be suspended/postponed until conditions are suitable to resume the works. Artificial Grass & Landscaping Solutions hold full responsibility for this decision and will liaise accordingly.
6. Should the customer wish to cancel scheduled works, within 7 days of the agreed start date, a £100 cancellation fee applies.
7. Any job cancelled by the customer, for any reason, after commencement of works, will be charged at 20% of the entirety of the full labour cost as quoted.
8. Any materials provided by Artificial Grass & Landscaping Solutions, are sourced from the most suitable/sustainable suppliers on the market and are supplied with our best intentions.
9. Any work that requires a digger, must be signed for by the customer before work commences to confirm acknowledgement that Artificial Grass & Landscaping Solutions is not liable for damage to any hidden cables, pipes or such, that may not be visible or felt, with a digger. Surveyors will be asked for at customers expense, should there be any worries/concern.
10. All quotes are ‘complete’ quotes; the price will not change unless there is a change in circumstances or the job requires more materials, to which Artificial Grass & Landscaping Solutions hold the right to speak to customer in relation to this and to stop work. Any additional works and/or materials must be signed off in full, by the customer and site manager and/or Director.
