☑️ capable of working as part of a team or on your own, managing workloads & timings.

It would also be beneficial to have a full in date CSCS card 👷‍♂️ 🪪

Weber - Silicone based though coloured ‘chalk’ render ✅

Stainless steel mesh, washers & screws for added strength✅

We used rend aid to nullify the different substrates and control setting times ✅

Top coat applied by hawk & trowel, finished with I bars & toothed scrapers ✅

We added insulated plasterboard to this vaulted ceiling & reskimmed, to stop condensating. Checked the soffit was vented, which it is. Jobs a good’n. Always leave a job tidy! ✅

Top coat Render for Andersons Construction Ltd✅
