All aspects of home improvements Hi, my name is Barry Fisher and I'm the director of Barry Fisher Carpentry. In this time I have obtained my level 3 and 4 NVQs.

I am based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands and I am a qualified tradesman with over 35 years of experience in domestic carpentry and home improvements. After leaving school at 16, I went on a Youth Training Scheme with my dad for 3 years. Those 3 years turned into 35 years and we worked together as a family business before my dad retired in 2020 with a bad knee, being self-employed for 10 of those

years. I work with a great team when required including electricians and plumbers who are all qualified, with all other work for carpentry, plastering, tiling and more being taken on by me. I have worked with some lovely customers over the years and have become good friends with many of them. As a result I have found that all my work is booked through word and mouth I have never have to advertise. Hi everyone 👋 Hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year.

I meant to post this before Christmas, but work got very busy! I recently completed a kitchen for a lovely family in Brierley Hill, and I was really pleased with how it turned out. Thankfully, the family were too, and they asked me back after Christmas to fit some new oak doors and a new laminate floor in the living room.

Hi everyone 👋

I haven’t posted for a while, but I’ve just finished a bathroom project for a lovely family in Wolverhampton and wanted to share it with you.

Aaron from Junction 2 Interiors handled the design, and the family chose the sanitary ware, tiles, and flooring. As you can see, it was a full strip-back — right down to the brick. I installed new joists and plywood, studded and plasterboarded the walls, and fitted a new ceiling.

I’m really pleased with how it turned out (and thankfully the family are too — good job really 🤣).

Hey everyone, it's been a while! I've been busy working on an exciting project in Coventry—revamping some tied men's and ladies' toilets and adding a brand-new accessible toilet. The transformation is absolutely amazing, and I’m so proud of how it’s turned out.

It’s been a rewarding experience updating these spaces to be more inclusive and modern. Thanks for checking it out—your support means a lot! 😊
