Ricky Melbourne, one of our Trainee Welders, has been continuing to hone his skills through hands-on training across a range of internal projects within the business.

Most recently, Ricky has played an important role in the manufacture and implementation of our new picking area for stock posts and staircase treads — a project that highlights both his progression and commitment to learning.
Ricky embodies the culture we strive to build at JSW: hard work, continuous improvement, teamwork, and a willingness to develop new skills.

It’s fantastic to see our team members progressing and contributing to projects that help improve our operations and support the future growth of the business.
