Excited to share a sneak peek of our transformation of the old Wood Farm Barn — now officially named Hackmans Barn! This stunning space is coming together beautifully, with exposed engineered floor joists and carefully detailed masonry setting the tone for a modern yet rustic conversion.

Our team is blending traditional barn aesthetics with contemporary touches, ensuring every element respects the building’s heritage while meeting today’s standards of comfort and efficiency.

Stay tuned as Hackmans Barn evolves into a unique rural retreat, where old meets new in the heart of Blakedown. We can’t wait to show you more!

📍Site Update – New Property Near Hagley, West Midlands
We’re out of the ground and on the up! 🧱🧱

Blockwork and brickwork are flying up on site as the transformation takes shape — the structure’s taking form and you can really start to feel the scale of what’s to come.

Excited to see this warm blend of timber, Forterra brick and frameless glazing coming to life in the countryside 🌿

📍Shropshire | Bungalow Refurbishment

We’re now closing up the external shell on this full refurbishment project in Shropshire – setting the stage for underfloor heating installation and final lighting layouts.

A carefully balanced palette of brick, stone and vertical timber cladding gives this bungalow a confident new identity, blending traditional materials with a contemporary edge.

It’s been a great process so far, and with the envelope complete, we’re looking forward to getting the internal finishes underway for a very happy client.

Laminated plans and trusty board pens in hand, working through a tricky drainage design with the contractor. Nothing beats getting stuck in with the drawings spread out and ideas flowing. Big thanks to the team at .signs for the encapsulated sets and pens – still the best way to sketch it out in the sun.

It’s hard to believe that six years ago, TNM Architecture was just an idea, a vision we had for creating something meaningful. Today, as we celebrate our 6th birthday, we can’t help but reflect on how far we’ve come and how grateful we are for the incredible people who’ve been part of this journey. 🙏

Starting out, we didn’t know exactly where the road would take us, but we knew one thing for sure - we wanted to create spaces that not only looked beautiful but also made a lasting impact. So having been ill for a few days and having tried the working from home for once - my thoughts…home or office ?

Pros:

✅ Collaborate seamlessly with cloud-based tools
✅ No commute = more time for creativity
✅ Flexible work-life balance

Cons:
❌ Communication challenges without in-person meetings
❌ Distractions at home
❌ Hardware & software demands for smooth Revit performance
❌ Less spontaneous teamwork
