Fix4U above & beyond the call of duty 11/10
Highly recommend Patrick and his team. Very professional from start to finish.
I had earlier got 2 quotes before Fix4u Roofing. Then Patrick came and gave the best quote with the best news. The other quotes were over charged with extra work which was not required. Patrick's quote was very detailed in writing. The quote was for two days of work and Patrick was able to come very soon before his very busy schedule ahead and kept to the 2 days as quoted.
No deposit was required and payment was made after completion via online bank transfer.
The job was to repair the main roof and refelt the flat roof. Rebed/repoint ridge tiles, change broken tiles, seal all lead flashing, fit new breathable roof and graded roof batten at the base of the roof, new felt for the flat roof, clean out and repair guttering.
All the rubbish/material was removed. Kept very tidy at the end.
When the old felt was removed from the flat roof the boards were found rotten. Patrick contacted me and said his team would reboard the roof and then lay down the new felt. The rotten boards wasn't part of the original quote but Patrick said he could redo the boarding at no extra charge.
Patrick contacted me with great communication throughout the job with photos before and after.
I was very pleased and amazed with the work. Which was above the call of duty. Excellent.
Patrick was very polite, very professional and a true gentleman.
