At H & M we can't match Jebus' resurrection skills but when it comes to carpentry and building, we're right up there with him!

A roofing contract carried out by H&M! We were called to carry out a repair but upon inspection, the tiles on these rooves were so frost damaged after 70 years that they were breaking apart in our hands! So we stripped them all off and replaced both rooves. Despite relentless rain, -5C temps, snow and gale force winds, we carried out the work to our usual standards and left two very happy home owners and an entire street full of compliments on how good these rooves look!

Additional Work:
This project was a significant amount of work and was completed over 2 months. There was also many work we carried out that we could not take pictures of such as installing external sensor lighting and carrying out roof repairs including new flashing around the chimneys, replacing all broken tiles, removed all the moss from roof tiles and re-sealed all the ridgework.

Under-stairs cupboard:
Here are some images of the under-stairs cupboard we created. We installed the wooden framing, boarded and plastered to create the walls, blocked off the stair slats to enclose the space, created a beautiful door and made our own skirting and architrave.

Bathroom:
In the bathroom we skimmed the ceiling, prepared and painted all walls and the ceiling including the architrave. We installed a new shower enclosure, we tilled the floor, created and painted 2 bespoke doors for the boiler housing unit, we also boarded and painted the unit inside. We installed a Victorian drying rack and fitted a unit supplied by the customer. There is additional loft access here where we installed new insulation. We fitted a new light fitting and also installed an extractor and installed a new towel rail radiator. We also painted and fitted a new internal door.
