Full removal of old weathered tiles and deteriorated sarking felt and battens fully replaced with new breathable membrane felting and new 25x50 pressure tantalised battens then new tiles fitted the style and colour choice of the tile chosen by the customer also all dry systems fitted ( Dry ridge system, dry bonding gutters and dry verge system fitted.

Full removal off old tiles sarking felt and battens also old fascias soffits and guttering then replaced with new breathable membrane felting and new 25x50 pressure tantalised battens also new Redland Mini stonewold tiles fitted in grey with dry ridge system fitted to new ridge tiles also dry verge system fitted also fully replacement fascias new soffit and guttering fitted to front and back of house and customer left happy and with a 10 year guarantee

Fully replacement Anthracite grey fascias soffits and guttering with matching downpipes fitted on complete house also fitting Anthracite grey cladding boards then replacement off old sarking felt first meter along bottoms of complete house replaced with new breathable membrane felting and new 25x50 pressure tantalised battens then re fitting tiles back secure full removal of waste and customer left happy with a 10 year guarrentee. 🔨
