A steel framed stable block coming along nicely.

We’ve been building the internal partitions with 6-inch concrete blocks recently. They’re not the lightest things to be laying, but then horses aren’t the lightest of animals either, so these walls need to be built strong and built to last.

Good progress made and the layout is really starting to take shape.

Following a similar project we finished last month, this customer chose the ever-popular Marley Dark Heather roof tile with a matching fresh tile hang and full-span canopy.

Where do we start with this one… 😍

A full porcelain patio transformation using stunning crossover grey 20mm porcelain tiles in a 600x900 format, all finished with sleek black grout for that clean modern look.

Built on a solid 150mm stone sub-base retained with charcoal KL kerb stones, alongside Vela slot drainage installed across the rear of the property for a seamless finish.

One of our favourite touches on this project was the continuous LED strip lighting fitted between the kerb edging and porcelain- (evening pic coming soon ✨)

Just a final tidy-up left… and there may well just be an artificial grass install to complete the space 🤷🏽‍♂️

We don’t usually take on projects this small, but this little Saturday project was too good not to share.

The lovely homeowner sent us an AI-generated image of some new back steps and asked how close we could get to recreating it in real life…

Safe to say, we’re pretty pleased with the outcome 👌

A great start on this new single garage!

The footings were excavated and concreted at the beginning of last week, and after a few hours on site this morning, we’ve brought the brickwork up to damp course. The footprint is now clearly visible, and it’s always satisfying to see a project come out of the ground and start taking shape.

We’ll be back in a few weeks to carry things forward.

Rotten floors and joists transformed into a dance floor 🕺✨
(Okay… maybe not exactly a dance floor — but it’s solid enough now!)

This garage room started with a timber floor that was rotten as a pear, but after the damp specialists had finished tanking, we came in and rebuilt it with treated timbers and new decking.
Good as new. Strong as ever. Ready for whatever.
