Three Pines Builders previously completed the new extension and refurbishment of the H. Porters & Sons Funeral Directors in Stourbridge.

Three Pines main objective was to work with the business and create a phased building schedule, in order for them to continue to operate while extensive building works were undertaken. The works were intended to be completed in two phases.

Phase One works compromised of creating the new mortuary, large workshop, archive room, stock room using part of the existing structure.

Phase Two works was relocating the practises inside existing building to new location, and creating new areas of storage, with a Male/ Female Changing Rooms within.

During the project, we completed tasks with specialised materials and equipment as requested from the client, including a lift for access between the ground and first floor.

RT Hon Sir Gavin Williamson CBE MP Hazelwood Visit

Sir Gavin Williamson recently visited site at the beginning of February, and he was firstly overly impressed by the view of the countryside as soon as he pulled onto the driveaway of the properties. He said the houses had amazing views of the Staffordshire countryside.
On entry of the properties, he was blown away by the uniqueness of each property inside and out and the attention to detail was highly impressive.

Sir Gavin mentioned that he would hope the development would bring multiple generational families who live together to the area as well as entrepreneurs. He also added that he would love to see more developments like Hazelwood in the Staffordshire area.

Overall Sir Gavin thought the development was fantastic, he enjoyed the uniqueness of the designs of each of the properties and loved the fact it was in south Staffordshire.

From land to new build in less than 12 month's. We are thrilled to show you this modern new build.

Fit with wrap around bi folds at the rear of the property and sky lights in the kitchen area allows a lot of natural light into the property to showcase the fantastic new kitchen and dining area.
