📢 UPDATE - Essington Memorial Gardens (aka Essington Cemetery)

Today, I've received the below statement from the owners of Essington Memorial Gardens (formally Essington Cemetery)

"Further to our communication, Essington Memorial Gardens Limited has now put in place the legal structure that will ensure that all qualifying persons, who can evidence their purchase of ERB’s historically, will be able to have these formally registered.

The manner of this registration through Essington Memorial Gardens Holdings Ltd, which has a legal charge registered at the land registry. This arrangement will ensure that the site owners and, their successors in title, are obligated to honour the plots purchased.

We suggest that all parties who previously purchased plots and who are concerned with their status, contact us at [email protected] so we can formalise the holdings and issue certificates."

In addition to the above statement, discussions regarding planning permission are still ongoing.
