Good afternoon All,

As you're all aware, Ettingshall Rd hands over on Monday 2nd June. Firstly, I just wanted to say thank you for all your support during the build. Trying to work on a site so small hasn't been easy for anyone, and all trades have had no choice but to work as a well-knitted team. Your lads have not only done this but done it to an extent that I’ve not seen on site until now.

If we measure the success of site so far, my safety man has been happy throughout, my contracts manager and construction director have been happy throughout, and our client (Wolverhampton City Council) has been happy throughout. That’s a result in my eyes!

On the day (2nd June) there will be VIP's/councillors etc. on site, so please could you all be sure to visit site this week and next week to make sure that all your work is acceptable to present on handover. Even if you think that you're all wrapped up and ready, coming to site and spotting something that's going to stop us looking badly will be worthwhile.

Any surplus materials must be off site by the end of this week. If not, I will have to skip it to give our cleaners a chance to complete final cleans in all the plots.

One final push now gents!
