Another flat roof refurbishment.

This garage was beginning to rot due to some leaks in the previous felt roof.
After replacing the old boards we have finished in a dryseal fibreglass system.

This five year old roof was leaking due to the tiles being on at too shallow a pitch and the two velux being borderline....

After overboarding and building up the window frames, the dryseal mock rolls give a lead effect to the roof and i think the finished job speaks for itself

The previous lead valley had begun to split and was letting water in.
We have now installed the plastic valley and reused the existing ridges to mitre in at the top of the hip.
