A follow up from my previous post at the clean waste tip,
The road has been dug out and levelled ready to be stoned up.
The trees and shrubs in the ditch around the stream have now been cut down and dug out ready for the preparation to divert the spring through the new drainage system in the neighbouring field.

PS. Felling a tree with a chainsaw and a little persuasion from the digger really does help making the tree fall exactly where you want it 😂😎👌🏻

This is just the start of the job I completed last week in great Whitley, for a new clean waste tip ( soil ) removal of all vegetation including some trees, around 10 in total in the bottom of the ditch between the 2 fields,

once all removed a temporary road was to be installed, the spring was to be diverted through the green field via new drainage,
This had to be done so we could dig out the boggy stream that was originally there and back fill it with dry soil so that the tip could open, the project will blend from one side to the other completely filling the ditch and levelling off the 2 fields together.

This was a tough project to do on my own but I managed to get it done in 4 days !!

My part is done and the tip will soon be open 😎

When the suns out ,,,,,,,, the trowels are out 😎👌🏻!
It’s been a struggle but we don’t let this heatwave get in the way of getting the job done, plenty of water and shade breaks, just don’t do what I done and forget to take your hat ! 😂

Patio repoint in pershore we recently finished 👌🏻

A before and after of an Indian lime stone patio we recently completed in pershore.

The existing patio was full of deep open joints, previously it been pointed up with easy flow resin but wasn’t applied correctly and ended up completely disintegrating leaving this patio with holes that started having weeds and grass growing in them.

We ground out the remaining joints and repointed the patio with sand and cement with a rough faced finished ( bag rubbed effect ) with this type of pointing on Indian lime stone it really brings a nice finished look to the patio that we and the customer were really happy with.
