A late one for us yesterday — the callout was for “the heating won’t switch off.”
After attending the property, we quickly diagnosed a fault with the 3-port valve. Once the system was drained down, we supplied and installed a brand new valve to get everything back working correctly again. 🔧🔥
While the system was down, the customer also asked us to fit a new Hive programmer, allowing them to monitor and control their heating remotely from their phone for added convenience and efficiency. 📱🏠
