*Vacancies available*
Due to continued growth there are several positions available working for our family based company
Machine operator -
We run several sub 10 tonne machines all well maintained equipped with various attachments.
Our work includes foundations for new build developments, small demolition, contract work for local builders and landscapers, full foul and storm water systems, small concrete floor works
Your main work will be sat on the machine helping us with the various projects. Occasionally you will spend all day on the seat but sometimes you may be required to help out on the ground.
An ability to transfer measurements and levels from drawings to the ground is a necessity.
Looking after the machines on a daily basis is also part of the job. If you don’t like the smell of diesel and grease then this might not be for you!
Pay dependant on experience and tickets for relevant machines. Self employed preferred with CIS deducted
Ground-workers x2
Working alongside the machine drivers these positions require someone with some nouse.
The standard of work you turn out is really important to us as well as an ability to answer questions posed by the customers from time to time.
Setting out with measurements and levels will be you responsibility. We have dual grade lasers to make drainage a whole lot easier.
If you can lay a few slabs from time to time (no fancy patios) that will be favourable.
Keeping a tidy work area and vans is a necessity.
Occasionally you will get opportunity to sit on a machine for a bit and show the machine drivers how to do it!
Payment- again dependant on experience but willingness to have a go at new things will be rewarded
Generally we are on site ready to go for just before 8am and try and knock of around 4:30pm.
The majority of our work is in a 25 mile radius of Malvern
Sense of humour is a requirement as banter makes the day go quicker
If this sounds like YOU! give us a message and we will get back to you as soon as
If it’s NOT for you then please give us a share 🙏🏻
Thanks
Mark
