✅. Complete rip out back to brickwork to ensure no underlying issues.

✅. Walls squared up and re-boarded using laser level.
✅. Ceiling levelled including maintenance free ceiling panels.
✅. LED mirror, LED spotlights, niche spotlights and inline extractor fan all controlled from a 3 way switch.
✅. Rebuilt airing cupboard.
✅. Underfloor heating + screed.
