Inspection Process
On the day of inspection your inspector will arrive at an agreed time and will start inspecting the property externally first and then internally. At the end of the snagging survey the inspector will take time and go through the main defects with the homeowner, where you can ask as many questions as necessary.
You can be present at the property during inspection if you wish to, but if you will not be present then access to the property has to be granted to the inspector.
The average time to complete an inspection of a 3- Bed house is 2-4 hours. A 2-Bedroom apartment will typically take around 2-3 hours.
We guarantee to email your photographic snagging report within 24 hours after the initial inspection.
You are more than welcome to contact us anytime if you have any questions regarding the snagging inspection or dealing with the developer.
