If so we now install state of the art home PIV (positive input ventilation) unit which has 6 settings for your desired fan speed.

How it works?
This item is normally installed at the top of the stairs, air is brought in through the natural airflow in the loft the PIV unit then sends it back into your house where it heats (optional) to dry the air coming out the other side. It thus pressurises the house which greatly reduces the airflow that causes condensation which leads to mold and other unwanted problems caused by this.
