The bedroom is styled in classic 18th-century Provençal fashion, evoking the rustic elegance of southern France. At the heart of the room, in front of the fireplace, sits a rare and finely crafted three-tiered settee known as a radassière—a traditional bench designed for both seating and storage, typical of the region.
The floor is laid with authentic terracotta tiles made in Apt, a town renowned for its ceramic craftsmanship since the 18th century. These tiles were specially commissioned for Laurent Vibert, a prominent figure in the revival of Provençal decorative arts, known for his work at the Château de l’Ange.
