A shower tray and enclosure that I installed in Burgess Hill.
When removing the old tray the rotten flooring came away with it, so I had to replace the flooring. Walls were decorated with shower panels rather than tiles, so no grout lines to clean and better waterproofing. The new tray was bigger than the old one, so I was able to cut the relatively new lino to suit.

My customer in East Worthing had a problem with their bathroom floor. The tiles had become loose and were lifting. So I removed the tiles and the redundant underfloor heating. Water had also damaged part of the floor which I repaired. I finally covered the floor with hardboard ready for lino.

Contracted to move a stud wall in East Worthing. The old wall was lath and plaster construction, always a big mess removing these. It was not a massive gain in space but made use of the wasted space on the landing. It actually made a big difference to the room, especially regarding the natural day light entering the room. I also re-used the perfectly good timber, which my customer was very happy about.
