An exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Estimator to come and join our expanding company based in Worthing. Full time, permanent position available with immediate start.

About the Company:
• P&H Electrical Solutions are a rapidly growing Worthing based company who carry out electrical installations for Domestic, Commercial, New builds and Public sector projects throughout the Sussex, Hampshire and London areas.

Responsibilities:
• Approaching new clients for tender opportunities
• Create and submit tender packages to secure new projects and contracts
• Maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clients
• Attend pre-tender site meetings
• Assist with business development activities within the company

Requirements:
• Strong background in estimating
• Knowledge of the electrical installation industry
• Attention to detail and accuracy in their work
• Ambitious and enthusiastic
• Keen to excel in a growing company

Benefits:
• Competitive salary, £30,000.00-£50,000.00 OTE per year
• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays

An exciting opportunity for an experienced electrical contracts manager to come and join our expanding company based in Worthing. Full time, permanent position available with immediate start.

About the Company:
• P&H Electrical Solutions are a rapidly growing Worthing based company who carry out electrical installations for Domestic, Commercial, New builds and Public sector projects throughout the Sussex, Hampshire and London areas.

Responsibilities:
• Management of the electrical programme to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Management of all electricians and sub-contractors on site
• Procurement of materials
• Overseeing and supporting Project Managers in all site activities to ensure successful completion
• Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients, being their main contact
• Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are always adhered to on site
• Manage variations and claims on each project
• Monitor job costs and progress against budgets

Requirements:
• The successful applicant will have at least 2 years Contract

Management experience with medium to large electrical projects
• Ideally qualified to 18th Edition
• Hold a valid UK driving licence

Benefits:
• Competitive salary, £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year depending on experience

• Company vehicle
• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
• Pension scheme
• Full time permanent position

• Working closely with Project Managers to ensure successful completion of projects
• Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are always adhered to on site

Requirements:
• Ideally qualified to 18th Edition
• City and Guilds Level 1, 2 & 3
• Ideally Test & Inspection 2391
• Hold a valid UK driving licence
• Own tools will be needed

Benefits:
• Competitive salary £140.00-£180.00 per day depending on
experience
