Progress update at Union Gardens…

The first tower crane is now on site at Union Gardens, our largest development to date in Worthing town centre. There's something special about watching a crane go up – it's the moment a scheme starts to feel real. And it shows just how quickly things are moving since the ground-breaking.

This crane will lift materials into place as the structure takes shape and a second one joins it around October, once the next phase gets underway.

Union Gardens will bring 216 new homes to Union Place, moments from the town centre and a short walk from the seafront. At its heart: three landscaped podium gardens, alongside new commercial space on the High Street.
