Proud dad moment ☺️ took my son to his first ever football training session today and to say he enjoyed it would be an understatement. It was amazing to watch him having such a great time.

Oakwood lofts are looking for an experienced carpenter loft fitter to join our team with a view to head up a team after an initial period.

They must be experienced in all types of conversions.
The role will involve all aspects of loft conversions including cutting & fitting steels,floor structures, pitching roofs, building dormers and fitting stairs etc.
The position will be suited to someone who takes pride in their work and who communicates effectively, politely and professionally with clients.
They must be self motivated, punctual and a problem solver.

This is a very physically demanding job so ideally they would be fit and healthy and able to move heavy materials safely and effectively daily.

Must have:
Own van and tools
Minimum of 5 years loft conversion experience.
Able to read and scale from architects plans.
Good working knowledge of building control regulations.
Self employed with a UTR number

This is a full time position. Pay will be weekley with tax deducted. Once established the lofts will then be on price.

Proof of previous loft builds and references from previous employers of clients you have worked for are essential.
