These types of canopies can be used for both domestic and commercial projects (Think…restaurants, bistros & café’s ☕ ).

This design by showcases a self supporting aluminium structure, customisable to either rotating and adjustable roof blades or retractable canvas roofing.
Available free standing or wall mounted, this canopy is ideal to customise for vehicle areas, outdoor living/dining spaces, for outdoor sports & relaxation sanctuaries.

Lovely Cornwall! Giving us a fabulous week living outdoors!

Rod competed in the National Championships for the Dart 18 catamaran coming in 7th place! It was the 50th anniversary of these boats design, with the Winrow family being involved for almost 47 of them sailing these boats through 3 generations.

Brightening up your Saturday with a lemony-inspired post for Lemon Juice Day 🍋 This zesty citrus fruit crops up everywhere at GHD. The versatility of the lemon is second to none, used in refreshing beverages, culinary delights and even as a home remedy.

The juice of lemon will add a vibrant kick to your life. Often under our canopies you will find a bowl of lemons, locally sourced, and always to hand ready to squeeze into a juice or cocktail…depending what time of the day it is 😉

We’re Rod & Debs Winrow, and we’ve been inspiring people to live outdoors since 1996. We’re devoted to designing great outdoor spaces and encouraging people to for longer 🌿

We’ve noticed a flurry of new followers on the page and wanted to say hello and introduce ourselves and how we got here 👋

Growing up on completely different sides of the world, an English South Coast kid and a Kiwi growing up in the East Coast Bays of Auckland, our childhoods were full of making camps, climbing trees, hanging at the beach, and having adventures. Our love for outdoor adventures has never really left us. After 30 years together, with a wonderful daughter, a couple of crazy cats and a business to be proud of, we are still making camps for ourselves (our beach hut being a prime example).

Now, we get to design and help our clients make their own ”camps”. The designs we develop are unique for each client and ready to share with their family and friends.
