A recent project in Worthing, West Sussex for a great couple. 10 x 430watt panels with GivEnergy Inverter and Battery. The customer received a quote from Octopus Energy and they informed the customer that they could only have 4 panels fitted and anything more would not be allowed by UKPN. This information was wrong, and we gained full DNO approval from UKPN before the installation was even started. There is a lot of misinformation out there and a lot of people who don't know what they are doing when it comes to designing solar. Don't fall into that trap. Call us for export help.
