Job role: Administrator
Forward Elevation is a lift and engineering company located in Worthing, King Edward Close.
We specialise in lift and engineering solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure efficient document retrieval.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Support project management by tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and maintaining communication among teams.
- Create invoices to clients based on job sheets submitted by engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role is ideal but not essential.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Training will be provided on our accounting software where required.
Hours of work
8am – 5pm Monday – Thursday
8am – 4pm Friday.
