I am so pleased and grateful to bring this property into my portfolio. A beautiful, 100 year old property, originally part of an orchard in the centre of Worthing. Set amongst a vast variety of shrubs and country garden bed and borders, including a number of beautiful perennial and annual beds in the front drive and garden. This is one of 2 properties I have in my portfolio that are on the same private road, both receive weekly care and maintenance.

Well bookings are overwhelmingly full and I’ve had to resort to Saturdays to keep all my amazing and wonderful customers happy! Today was flower bed day! I was asked to create a flower bed around the home and to plant the customers choice of perennial and annual pollinators including Argyranthemum, Gazania, Gaillardia, Heuchera, Digitalis, Lupins, Geraniums, Allium, Salvias, Arabis and Agapanthus. I’m looking forward to seeing these junior plants establish and make a full, colourful, insect loving, country garden bed!

Well, what a fantastic week of weather we’ve had, and perfect for my recent project I completed at my most prestigious contract, Worthing Golf Club. I was tasked to clear the beds and borders surrounding the bar patio, in preparation for a beautiful glass balcony to be installed. Once installed, the plan was to plant low level shrubs to allow members and visitors to enjoy the views through the glass and to overall tidy the area and bring a modern atmosphere alongside the traditional club house and beds. The plan now going forward is to continue to add shrubs of variety, colour and texture to the ground level bed to make it more full and match with the bed adjacent to it. The main patio beds, although beautiful when in season, have not been touched for at least 20 years. It was a hard task clearing them but the result has been met with amazing feedback from all members, visitors and staff. I’m grateful for Gary the GM for appointing me to take on this project, including the designing and planting. Thank you Worthing Golf Club.
