All sash windows have been carefully restored, whilst keeping all occupants happy and informed. The entire exterior has also had a full redecoration including Dulux Weathershield Gloss system to all woodwork. Masonry render and crack repairs were completed too ✔️.

⚒️ BALCONY/FLAT ROOF COMPLETED ✅

This balcony was leaking in several locations causing some decking and timbers to rot. We installed new timbers, new decking and a 3 layer torch on felt system, accompanied with promenade tiles and James Hardy cladding surround.

After some storm damage, the old bike shed had become dangerous in school grounds. We attended the site quickly and safely dismantled the old bike shed and replaced with a new metal and timber construction!
