Recently completed: The Padel Casa, Darlington. 🎾

If you’re anywhere near Darlington, go and check this one out. It’s a proper venue.

One doubles court, one singles court, AI match cameras so you can film and review every game. Social area with coffee and refreshments, a golf simulator and pool tables alongside it.

That mix is the point. People come for the padel and stay for everything else — and that’s what turns a court into a business.

Twelve thousand square feet of empty warehouse on an industrial estate.

Now it’s Chester’s first indoor padel club.

Unit 1, Matrix Court. Four panoramic courts, changing facilities, spectator gallery and a bistro bar — all inside a shell that was sat doing nothing.

Over 4,000 visitors came through in the first month.
That’s what turnkey means. One contract, one team, concept to opening day. Design, planning, groundworks, courts, canopy, fit-out.
