EPDM roof.
Removed the existing felt roof and insulated with 50mm foam boards. Installed new 18MM OSB boards and covered with 1.52MM Firestone EPDM rubber.
Finished with white kerb and gutter edging.

Over 1000 lengths of timber.. Sheet after sheet of plasterboard and insulation.. Numerous doorways opened.. and bricked ...

Our latest project.
Full renovation underway on this gorgeous detached property 😊… But first…
Huge retaining wall built from blue engineering brick.
Tonnes of overburden removed, trench dug with 10MM reinforcing bar installed. Then flooded with a 600MM deep concrete foundation. 6” hollow block built up more rebar installed and twist tied. Concrete then vibrated into the hollows. Damp sheet draped down the back of block work. A 80MM perforated land pipe Installed and covered with pea shingle.
Finished with a face of blue engineering brick. 😅

Signature chimney tops. 😍

20MM Brazilian slate sat on red engineering brick. A new clay chimney pot and vent fitted. Fully repointed and chimney stack sprayed with a waterproof sealer to maximise protection.
Finished with a code 5 lead flashing, installed by I.Jonesroofing Services. Thanks for your help mate! Amazing job as always!
