Rising in popularity for laid patios are Porcelain tiles; they create a fabulous 'extension' with an inside/outside feeling. The only difference is Porcelain tiles inside are 10mm thick and outside they are 20mm thick for durability.

Here's a recent 'before and after' project where we created a raised Porcelain patio, with block work sides clad in Porcelain and a perimeter planted area with steps to the lawn.

Nick and his team built our dream home in Marford for us and we couldn't be any happier with the outcome. From the first minute we met Nick he was professional, engaging and enthusiastic. The quality of materials and workmanship on our house was outstanding. All new houses have issues - we had none! Nick is a great guy to work with who comes up with good ideas and is very meticulous in his approach to all building work. Once our house was complete, I asked Nick back to landscape our garden - another brilliant job done. I would highly recommend Nick and his team for any building project, big or small.

Recently laid patio and composite decking.
Composite decking comes in a range of colours, and unlike traditional wood, it is resistant to rot, insects, and fading. Plus, there is no need for painting, staining or sealing - always a good thing.
It's slightly more expensive than normal timber decking but the look is smart, and the upkeep is minimal. Worth the extra pennies in the long run!
