A glass roof that was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter taken off and extended upwards. A small box room was then converted and extended above the old glass roof to create a new double room with pocket ensuite. A nice use of dead space with no garden space lost.

A derelict old chapel dating back to the 1800s brought back to life. It’s always nice to see a building saved from becoming a ruin. Thanks for all involved with the construction along the way. If you’re planning any conversions, extensions or anything similar please get in touch.

One of last years jobs. A freezing cold area in winter which would freeze the washing machine and water pipes. In summer as hot as a green house. Opened up and fully insulated. New underfloor heating fitted as well as new roof, flooring and kitchen.

Simple rustic retaining wall completed last week replacing the collapsing stone wall and creating a bit more room at the same time.

A new room and court yard added to Corwen Day Nursery Completed this summer as well as a double garage for toy storage and modernising the exterior cladding.
