Another big job completed in Wrexham over the last few weeks! 🌿💪
At the bottom of this garden, there were loads of logs and the whole area had become completely overgrown. The customer knew there were some laurels somewhere amongst it all, but it took a full clearance to finally uncover them!
Once everything was cleared, we were left with a completely blank canvas. The customer wanted to make better use of the space while keeping it low maintenance and preventing it from becoming overgrown again.
We sectioned the area off using gravel boards and w**d membrane, then backfilled it with 40mm quarry gravel. We also built sleeper flower beds and filled them with mushroom mulch, creating a clean and practical space for the future.
Moving on to the middle section of the garden, this area was also heavily overgrown and had several piles of logs. We completely cleared the w**ds, nettles and general overgrowth, uncovering three small bushes that our customer didn’t even know were there! 🌱
We then mulched the whole area, leaving another clean, blank canvas for our customer to decide what they would like to do with it at a later date.
On the side of the property, underneath two large oak trees, there was another area that was essentially dead space. We gave this section some shape by curving the gravel boards to clearly define the area, then mulched everything down to create a tidy, low-maintenance space ready for future plans.
To finish the job off, we replaced the roadside-facing fence with a new post-and-rail fence. We also added stock fencing to the inside to provide extra security and keep our customer’s dog safely within the garden. 🐕🔒
Another complete transformation from an overgrown, unused garden into several clean, manageable spaces ready for the customer to put their own stamp on.
A lot of hard work went into this one, but another job we’re really pleased to have completed! 👌
